Open the declaration for which you want to perform a COV check.
In the top-right corner, click 'Actions' and select 'Perform COV check'.
You will now see an overview of the patient's insurance details: the basic health insurance and any supplementary insurance.
To resubmit the declaration to a different health insurer, select the appropriate insurance and click 'Resubmit declaration'.
Please note: You can always perform a manual COV check, however you can only resubmit declarations with the status 'Action required' or 'Automatic resubmit'.
