Enforcing 2FA for all users
Available for: All Payt users
You can now require all users in your Payt organisation to log in using two-factor authentication (2FA). Enforcing SSO was already possible; 2FA has now been added as an option.
If a user hasn't set up 2FA yet at the time you enforce it, they will automatically see a screen to set up 2FA the next time they log in.

Additions to the reconciliation module
Available for: Administrations with the 'Reconciliation' module
The matching module has two new capabilities:
Link paid collection costs – You can now link paid collection costs to the corresponding collection case.
Offset debit invoices and credit notes – When linking a transaction, you can now offset debit invoices and credit notes against each other.
In addition, a new 'Transactions' widget is available for your dashboard. This widget shows at a glance how many transactions still need to be linked to an invoice. You can add the widget to your dashboard yourself.
Goodwill credits: crediting specific amounts
Available for: Administrations with the 'Clearing' module
You can now credit specific amounts to patients, for example as a goodwill gesture. You enter the amount in the usual way of crediting.

New verification method in the customer portal
Available for: All Payt users
Customers use the online invoice portal to view invoices, make payments, or leave a response. From March onwards, customers can verify their identity using a one-time code sent by email before accessing (sensitive) information.
To enable this: Go to the 'Customer portal' tab in your administration settings.
