May 2026

Every day we work on new features, improved usability, and optimal performance of Payt. In May, we've made a number of improvements we'd like to share with you.

Forwarding messages from the inbox

Available for: All Payt users

It is now possible to forward messages from the inbox directly to an external email address. Forwarded messages are not visible to the customer in Payt.

Support URL in the customer portal

Available for: All Payt users

Administrations can now configure an optional support URL via 'Settings' > 'Customer portal' in the 'Support URL' field.

When a URL is configured, the contact form in the customer portal is replaced by a button that redirects to the specified URL. If no URL is set, the contact form remains visible as before.

Debtor portal available in Danish

Available for: All Payt users

The customer portal is now also available in Danish. Customers can now view the portal in Danish as well.

BI database connection

Available for: Organisation admins

Organisation admins can now set up a connection between their own PostgreSQL or SQL Server (Azure) database and Payt. Once configured, Payt pushes the selected data to the database every morning. You can then use this information to analyse data and create reports using tools like Power BI.
