Where do I find the notification settings?
Go to your administration settings via the gear icon in the top right and open the 'Notifications' tab.
Which email address will notifications be sent to?
At the top of the settings page, you enter the email address to which all notifications will be sent. This is a general setting: all enabled notifications go to the same address. It is not possible to send different notifications to different addresses.
Tip: Want to keep multiple people informed? You can enter multiple email addresses by separating them with a comma in the same field.
Which notifications can I set up?
These are some of the available notifications:
Customer messages
Notification when receiving a message from a customer
Collections and payment plans
Notification when a payment plan expires (after X days)
Notification when an amicable collection process is completed
Notification when an amicable collection process starts automatically (X days before the start date)
Import notifications
Notification for an import with at least one validation error
Notification for an import that was not processed due to a system error
Notification when no successful import has taken place for X days
There are many more notifications available. Check the 'Notifications' settings for all options.
