What can I do in the Payt inbox?

Messages in your inbox are intended for your administration, so you must respond to them yourself. Have you received a question about a debt collection case? Because you manage the debt collection case yourself, these messages are also intended for you.
How do I find specific messages in the inbox?
Use the search bar to quickly locat messages based on, for example:
The content of a message
The name of the customer who sent the messages
Customer or invoice numbers linked to the message
How can I filter messages?
You can apply filters based on various criteria to streamline your inbox view.
Administration: If you manage multiple administrations in Payt, use the 'Administration' filter to view messages per entity.
Case type: To view only messages linked to a specific type of case, such as debt collection cases or invoices, use the 'Dossier type' filter.
Status: Use the 'Properties' filter to display only read or only unread messages.
How can I sort messages?
You can sort your messages based on what you wish to prioritise:
Unread converstaions first
Read conversations first
New conversations first
Old conversations first
