How do I cancel my Payt subscription?

Do you want to cancel your Payt subscription? This article explains how to submit a cancellation request, what information you need, and what happens next.

What do you need?

Only organisation administrators can submit a cancellation request. If you don't have administrator rights, ask an administrator within your organisation to do this.

Cancelling your subscription

  1. Go to 'Organisation settings'.

  2. Click on 'Details'.

  3. Select 'Cancel subscription'.

You will then fill in a form with the following information:

  • Cancellation date - From this date, no further actions will be carried out in Payt.

  • Data deletion date - From this date, you will no longer have access to Payt. By default, this is one month after the cancellation date.

  • Reason for cancellation - Indicate why you want to cancel your subscription.

After submitting the form, you will receive a confirmation by email from our service desk or an account manager.

Do you want to cancel just one administration?

Do you have multiple administrations within the same organisation and want to cancel only one? In that case, it is not possible to do this via the form. Instead, send an email to info@paytsoftware.com with the following details:

  • The name of the administration you want to cancel

  • The desired cancellation date

  • The desired data deletion date

  • The reason for cancellation
