How do I submit my bank account details to each health insurer?

This article explains how to submit your bank account details to each health insurer, so they can process reimbursements directly.

VGZ

The following brands fall under VGZ: VGZ, VGZBewust, UnitedConsumers, Univé Zorg, Zekur, UMC Zorgverzekering, IZA, De IZZ Zorgverzekering door VGZ, Zorgzaam.

  1. Check in Vektis that your email address is correctly listed for your practice's AGB code. If not, update this first. Allow 5 working days for processing.

  2. Download the Account Number Change Form, fill it in completely, sign it and save it.

  3. Enter your details and upload the form via the VGZ website.

Zilveren Kruis

  1. Submit your IBAN via the Zilveren Kruis website.

Zilveren Kruis registers the IBAN per declarant. Do you use multiple care providers in your practice software who submit claims under their own AGB code? If so, submit the IBAN separately for each AGB code via the form. The same IBAN may be submitted multiple times.

CZ

  1. Send your practice code and IBAN by email. Also state in the email that you are submitting claims directly from the practice and are not using factoring. After registering, check that you have received a confirmation email (also check your spam folder).

  2. Does your practice fall under a region where the care office falls under CZ? If so, also send the practice AGB code, the AGB code of the submitting care provider (usually the practice owner) and the IBAN by email to tandheelkundewlz@cz.nl.
