To (automatically) link your incoming transactions to cases, you need the 'Reconciliation' module. Read more: How do I activate the 'Reconciliation' module in Payt?
Where do I find the outstanding transactions?
Select 'Transactions' from the menu in the top left. You will now see all transactions that have been imported from the bank account.
Make sure to filter on the status 'Outstanding' on the left to only see transactions that have not yet been linked to a case.
Open a transaction by clicking on the name of the account holder.
Linking transactions with an existing suggestion
Review the suggestion and decide whether the transaction should indeed be linked to the suggested case(s). Sometimes multiple suggestions are available; use 'Next suggestion' and 'Previous suggestion' to browse through them.
Is (one of) the suggestion(s) correct? Select 'Process' at the bottom of the page. The transaction will be linked to the case(s).
Would you prefer to match and keep the transaction page open, or match and move to the previous transaction? You can do this easily by clicking the downward arrow.
Is there no correct suggestion? Continue to 'Linking transactions without an existing suggestion'.

Matching multiple transactions
Sometimes it is useful to queue several transactions for matching at once, so you can easily navigate between them. Transactions that are not relevant can be ignored, for example.
Start from the overview of all (outstanding) transactions.
Select the transactions you want to queue for matching by checking the checkboxes.
Select 'Bulk actions' > 'Queue for matching' in the top right.
The first transaction will now open. Use the 'Previous transaction' and 'Next transaction' buttons in the top left to navigate between the queued transactions.
