If you frequently use the inbox, archiving messages can be helpful. The conversations remain accessible, but are no longer immediately visible in the inbox. To get started, click the 'Inbox' button in the top left corner.
How do I archive a message?
Open the message you want to archive.
Click the 'Archive conversation' button in the top right corner.
How do I archive multiple messages at once?
Tick the boxes next to the messages you want to archive.
Click the 'Archive conversations' button at the top of the inbox.
How do I find archived messages?
When using the search bar in the inbox, archived messages are also included in the results. In addition, you can manually browse archived messages.
In the inbox, select the 'Archive' category on the left-hand side.
