How do I filter invoices, customers, and/or debt collection cases based on a CSV file?

In this article we describe how to use a CSV file to filter invoices, customers, and/or cases on their overview pages.

Updated over 2 weeks ago

On invoice, customer, and case level, it is possible to filter a specific selection on their overview pages. This can be done using the different filters on the left side of the pages. Here, you can also filter invoices, customers, and cases based on an uploaded CSV file on their respective overview pages.

Please note: You can filter by a maximum of 10,000 customers, invoices or debt collection cases in a single CSV file. If your file is larger than that, we will only show the first 10,000 rows.

Filter options per overview page

  • For filtering invoices by uploading a CSV file, you can filter on invoice number and customer code.

  • For filtering customers by uploading a CSV file, you can filter on customer code.

  • For filtering cases by uploading a CSV file, you can filter on case number and customer code.

The filters based on a CSV file appear on the overview pages as such:

Formatting of the CSV file

The CSV file must contain one column without a column title. In this column, the individual numbers should be placed underneath each other as pictured below.
