What does a dossier contain?
A dossier contains all information recorded in Payt for the relevant customer, invoice or debt collection case:
All exchanged messages (the complete timeline)
You can use this, for example, when you need to share the dossier with an external party such as a collection agency or legal advisor. Downloading a dossier can also be useful when a customer requests their own communication history.

How do you download a dossier?
You can download a dossier at three levels: for a complete customer, a specific invoice, or a specific collection case.
Go to the page for which you want to download the dossier (the customer, invoice or collection case page).
Click 'Actions' in the top right corner.
Select 'Download dossier'.
The ZIP file is downloaded directly in your browser.
You do not need specific permissions to download a dossier; all users (from 'Restricted access' onwards) can perform this action.
