The 'Reports' tab within your Payt administration provides a brief and concise overview of your administration data. However, if you are looking for more reporting options, PowerBI could be a good addition. With PowerBI, it is possible to set up an aging analysis or DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) analysis, for example.
What requirements do you need to get started?
PowerBI license
Power Automate license
SQL database (e.g. Microsoft Azure SQL Database)
Active Payt account with administrator rights at organisation level
Activated API module in Payt
How can I link PowerBI to Payt?
You cannot link PowerBI directly to your Payt administration. However, PowerBI can be linked to an SQL database. You can export your Payt data to this database using Power Automate flows.
Follow the steps in the document at the bottom of this article to set up Power Automate flows.
