Please note: Only users with full organisation-level permissions can add new users.
Navigate to the organisation settings
Click on the Payt logo in the top left corner to navigate to your organisation dashboard.
Go to 'Organisation settings' in the top right corner.
In the left-hand menu, click on 'Users'.
Select 'Add user'.
Enter the user's basic details
Enter the new user's basic information:
First and last name;
Email address;
Language preference.
Optionally, you can also set up a signature for the user right away. This is the signature that will be added at the bottom of every message the user sends. The user can change this signature later.

Set the right permissions
Assign the desired permissions to this user. Not sure which permissions are needed? Read the article below for more information about what you can do with each permission.

Click 'Add user' to send the user an invitation. This will be sent to the email address you entered. The new user can then set their own password.

Double-check that you entered the correct email address and check the spam folder. Still no email? Then go back to the users page in Payt and click the red arrow next to the invited user to resend the invitation.
